Last year I installed some cheapo ebay (Chinese) handguards that were knock offs of some $100 Acerbis X-Tarmacs I had on a prior FZ09. I like the way the $30 handguards work, but they do block some vision of the OEM mirrors. Also on that FZ, I had some cheapo varieties of bar end mirrors, and I had them in storage in the basement. A trip down to the local Fastenall, and $3.75 later, I had (2) sets of bolts to bolt on two varieties of bar end mirrors. With my 2019 not having the front turn signals in the mirrors, I thought about removing them. In lieu of spending $175 on LeMonster mirror/turn signal relocate mounts, I simply unbolted the mirror stems and plugged the holes with .80 plastic hole plugs. Now the remaining mirror holders look like little winglet type things. These are pix of the two mirror types I have and the hole plugged OEM mirror mount. Just some winter day putzing
