Not long ago we bought some of Reggy's(TricLED)drink holders, we really like them,their clamps weer great and let us put them on rear hand grips or on my(RS) handlebar. Looking at them I got an idea,I could take off the cup holder from the clamp and make a holder for flags t5o mount on the hand grips!All I needed was something to hold a flag? I went to Lowes to find something and came up with a Power Bond Clamp(I can give you part # if you want) Here are photos:
