Its 4 years old now and there are newer ones available. Only PC & Android apps available. I turn it on when we start a ride and off when we finished. Every 2 weeks or so I download the tracks to a PC and run their very good software that works with Google maps and/or Garmin's Basecamp. Battery lasts forever and is USB chargeable. I once left it on by mistake for 3 weeks.

I have it set to only record points when its speed is >5 Kmph and only every 100 metres. That way it doesn't go nuts during stops or walk arounds.

Many just use their GPS as a tracker.

I should have explained further, I run Follow Me on my Android phone to track my Spyder rides. What I need is something to track my truck and attached trailer that will be parked in a unsecured and unattended location at times.
