Great Customer Service

Thank you to Sam at DDS Motorsports in Utica, NY for another great job. I bought my trailer from them last summer and had called him a week ago to inquire about the water management kit. He said he would send it to me when they received it. Today I got my mail and there was a letter from BRP saying that they had sent my kit to the selling dealer and I could get it from them. I turned my phone on to call Sam to make sure he would send it to me and I had a message from him saying that he had shipped it to me today FEDEX.

If you are ever in that area stop in and see them beautiful country and a great dealer. :2thumbs::2thumbs:
