• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

New Owner 2021 RT Limited in Gray / Dark

Took delivery of a brand new 2021 Spyder RT Limited from Mark's on Friday in Enfield CT

Terrible experience!!!!!!!!!!
- Bike was covered with greasy handprints
- Most of the rubber was oxidized from being stored in the weather
- The Tech was walking me through the bike and tore off the right side pannier latch, the manager looked at it, shrugged his shoulders and said, that is going to take longer than 15 minutes and walked away.
- Then the Tech walked away left me standing there to drive away.
- I noticed the left signal was rapidly flashing compared to the right, next thing I am pulled over by the police to be informed my front left signal light was not working, luckily, no ticket.

I have been buying new bikes from Honda, Harley, BMW, and Yamaha for over 45 years and never experienced a transaction like this in my life. Are all BRP Dealers like this?

Is this a new business model by BRP to s__t on their customers?

Welcome to the forum Jetfix. I hope you enjoy it. Sorry to hear abut your experience with that dealer. No they are not all like that. Some are very good and go out of their way to make sure things are clean and working correctly before pickup. We do from time to time see reports of the bad ones tho. I hope the dealer made it right and cleaned your Spyder, fixed the panel and light issue. If not your best to contact BRP about your issues, remember the person there is trying to help You know it's not their (BRP) business model. I hope you get the Spyder fixed and are able to enjoy the greatest time of year to just get out and ride. I hope to see you around the forum soon.
