• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Good morning - Looking into buying a Spyder, specifically the 2014 RT LE. Have been doing research on these 3 wheelers for the past year. Presently downsizing my two wheel stable, selling my 2012 V-Strom DL1000, and '95 GL1500 SE. Keeping my '85 GL1200 Limited Edition - my retirement project, and the Mrs and I like riding it. Going to a Spyder to maintain a good quality of riding, still in good health and want to stay that way. Not giving up two wheels entirely as I have my '85 GW.

Prefer the Spyder over a trike conversion, or the bolt-on 2 wheel kit for a variety of reasons.

Test rode a 2020 RT LE and 2018 F3 LE this past weekend, and took the Mrs on a 100 Km or so ride on the 2018 F3 LE as well. Impressed with both, but like the more touring aspect of the RT LE. The Mrs liked the ride and stability of the 3 wheels, and commented that she could easily tour on the Spyder, hence the search is on.

Do my own wrenching. One of my C-19 projects was an engine rebuild and complete paint job of my '85 Limited Edition Goldwing. Been watching videos on Spyder maintenance on YouTube. Very similar to maintaining a Goldwing, lots of plastic.

Going to view a used 2014 Spyder RT LE this afternoon with only 9K Kms on it. Have a few questions for the owner.

Look forward to browsing the forum.
