New Member in Kentucky

Hello all,

My name is Miles. I am the proud owner of a new-to-me 2021 Spyder RT Limited in Foggy Gray (though Can-Am calls it white

I bought her with 7423 on the clock Thursday afternoon and as of Sunday evening, she now has 7977. I am loving every minute of riding this machine! it is so much smoother than my 2006 Goldwing Trike that it is replacing. What an amazing upgrade!

I am reading the forums now for suggestions, tips and tricks to make the machine my own. No doubt I will be posting with questions as a total noob, so please be patient. Anyway, just wanted to say "hey" and thanks for allowing me to be part of this awesome community of Spyder Ryders!

Hi Miles/Spyderfog, congrats on your new (to you) Spyder; sounds like you're settling into the Miles of Smiles these machines provide really well! :congrats:

However, I hafta ask, what's with the apparent duplicate account - Miles5898, joined end of August 2019, which posted just a few days back telling us about their new 2021 RT Limited & asking about part numbers for ShowChrome hitches & electronic modules?? :dontknow:

Running duplicate/multi accounts is something that's expressly forbidden here, except for in a few quite limited circumstances, and yet it looks very much like you've got these Two accounts AND have used/accessed each of them on the Forum within about 10 minutes of the other just today?? Is there any reason for you to need these two accounts?? :dontknow:

I opened the original account when I was considering a Spyder in 2019. After buying one last week, I wanted a more descriptive username but was unable to change on that account. So I tried to establish a new one. I did not realize that I had posted using that account - it must have logged me in automatically when I booted the forum that day. I would prefer to have the original account deleted if possible.

If you want to get the original Miles5898 account closed, please send a Contact Us message to Admin (link at the bottom of each page) explaining the circumstances and asking for your non-preferred account to be closed. :thumbup:
