• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Honda Neowing

I would have to ride it. Looks like it has a V-4 1300. That is a bulletproof motor. I look forward to the ride!

I for one, am very interested. Not much information yet. On google, I found a three minute video which showed pictures from all angles. Nothing else about price, specs, etc.

All the other articles were speculative.

Like Joe said...I will have to drive one first to see if its my cup of tea.

Price will be a factor also. If anyone comes up with more information...please post a link.

Not in that configuration. Maybe just maybe if they actually brought it out in a true Goldwing design. Saddlebags, trunk, etc. As of now it just looks like a high tec toy. Although that engine is a good one. That "Sturgis" Goldwing is nice, but don't know if they have designed one for the latest Goldwing - 2018 up. Honda needs to start making a Goldwing trike - from the factory.

I would be a potential buyer. Not sure if it would have the 1300 or 1833cc engine. Either way, good and dependable. But, I would keep my RT622 BRP trailer. I think it is one of the very best things to come from BRP...... Jim

The only version I've seen on the web was a sport model. I have a Spyder RT and I like having the comfort and storage. If they offer a touring model I would most definitely look at it. The drivetrain will probably be bullet proof and Honda quality is outstanding. As to trade, I'd have to see and try. Ultimately it would have to be very comfortable and functional for me.

If I read things correctly it was introduced in Tokyo in 2015 as a concept vehicle using a hybrid drive system, i.e., 4 cyl engine and battery/electric drive. A Google search brought up a patent filing in Europe a couple of weeks ago for a supposedly 2020 version with 4 or 6 cyl engine only.

I was looking to upgrade my 2013 RTL to the 1330 model but based on even the possibility of a production Neowing in ANY configuration, I am on hold indefinitely!

Oh, I don't know. Compared to RTs it looks much too angular and spiked and aggressive. There is no "frunk" but there are five wheel nuts on each wheel. There's a sale pitch - "Sorry, no frunk but you can have a total of 15 wheel nuts!"

My first impression is that it resembles a Transformer that's had a bad day transforming. And I suppose it's possible the mufflers could have been made even larger but then they might have needed outrigger wheels to keep them from sagging under their own mass.
