Early evening ride to Repka's Restaurant for some Cajun food. Should be able to beat some of the heat. Meet at 6:30 p.m. with KSU at 6:45 p.m. for the ride to the restaurant. Great to see everybody. It's ashame that we had to all leave in a hurry to beat the approaching bad weather, but as it turned out it all appeared to have occurred north of us in the Hempstead area. Neither Bonnie, Rick or I got a drop of rain on the way home. I assume those of you heading to Katy didn't get rained on either. Terriffic lightning show on the way home though. Look forward to seeing y'all again soon.
