• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I'll compare the two.

I was looking for a 3 wheeled cycle back in 2008. I test rode a 990 GS, (I think) SE5
and again in 2010 when the RT came out. I did want one but didn't like the engine, it seemed
it needed a 6th gear. I also knew I'd ride it a lot and didn't want to fill up twice or more
a day. But I think I owe the 990 group an apology. I know there's a bunch of you out there.
I was fortunate lately to attend the 2018 Spyderfest. I rode with Buckeye Bleau on his beautiful
2013 RT-L 990 with the SE5. It's over 700 miles each way from Ohio and he led most the way.
Sure, he needed fuel more often than me but that bike rode perfectly. 75 to 80 mph and I was
lagging behind!
A great ryde indeed.
Still like my 2014 RT-S though, I have a few more miles to pile up.
