• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

i am watching TV tonight and i see a commercial for a new series of a church that handles rattle snakes, and one of the elders gets bit. now on another show i saw about a week ago called HILLBILLY BLOOD the two guts went out and bartered to catch rattle snakes for a church in their area.

my legal question is, if the two guys that supplied the snakes and someone gets bit by one and ends up dying can the two guys be held liable for the death of the person. JUST CURIOUS

John,
I'm not a lawyer; but I'm a GREAT fan of common sense...
1. the catchers didn't make anybody stick themselves in front of the snake
2. if you expose yourself willingly to what could be a dangerous situation; be prepared to accept the consequences.

Since when has common sense stopped anyone from filing a lawsuit, or being awarded exorbitant amounts of cash for their own stupidity?:gaah:

Anybody can pretty much sue anybody at any time; and for any reason...
All it takes; getting the paperwork filed... :gaah:
But at least there's a couple of decent defenses that can be brought to bear against the insanity!

It would be a workers compensation case.
