Kuryakyn Grips and Throttlemeister

This is for Lamonster or anybody else that has made the modification. I am going to be buying a throttlemeister and want to use Kuryakyn ISO grips. I know Lamonster had to modify the grips to get the throttlemeister to work on his spyder. Exactly what had to be done to the grips tp allow them to be used with the throttlemeister ?

Kuryakyn now shows on their website to have their own version of the throttlemeister. here
