• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Missing a wheel but I still like it

Picked it up in Ohio and drove straight to Erie PA to have my graphics guy to his magic. I'm really happy with the way it came out and it drives like a dream.

Lamont, you have done enough work on bikes, I'm sure you can figure a way to add a wheel to that beautiful bike. Congrats to you.

Now THAT'S one happy smilin' rider!

As great a bike as it is, I admit I'm not a huge fan of the stock Gold Wing (I am under 40, for pete's sake :joke:) but Honda sure did a fantastic job styling these, they're dang purty.

So, the question remains, how does it ride?

Hey Bro, that is one nice ride. Love the color. Can I take it for a spin around the country :roflblack:

Congrats. :2thumbs:

I don't have much saddle time on her yet but what I do have I like. Feels light and nimble for such a big bike. Got to get back in the two wheel grove and using my front brake again. I was afraid I was going to lose that from riding Spyders so long and I did. It will come back I'm sure. I do love the looks of the bike and it's drawn a lot of attention already just on my short trips on it. :doorag:

"Got to get back in the two wheel grove"

Returning to two. Timing and use of the front brake comes pretty naturally. Only once have I squeezed air switching between two and the spyder.

Forgetting to put down the side stand could be a problem....and a wee bit embarrassing:opps:

Nice looking ride Lamont. Enjoy!!

Wow, a Flat Six Bagger! I haven't seen many of those around yet, incredible styling with all the virtues of a GW. With all that torque you'll never have to worry what gear you're in unlike the ST, and I'll bet that six is silky smooth compared with the Spyder's two banger. Love the fu manchu graphics, kinda looks like you. Are you going to add electronic cruise?

nice lookin bike lamont!!! but you're still more of a rock star on the spyder!!!nojoke

Awesome..!!

just came back from FBC where they have that same one. Awesome machine, enjoy the ride with an (i)..congrats..!!

Congratulations on that big and beautiful F6B. Can't wait to see what it will look like when you get it all farkled. :2thumbs::2thumbs:

RE: adding the third wheel. The trike kit shown above is also a beautiful way to go trike. At $8995 or so, the price is also very reasonable. You can trike the F6B for right around $30K--which is not to bad--considering.

The downside--triking the F6B will ruin the warranty and the dealer here will not work on trikes--period. A non-mechanic like myself is tough out of luck. :(
