I purchased a couple Sena Bluetooth units from Motorcycle Dave recently. Picked up a 20S for the wife and a 310C for me. I was having trouble with the 310C, connection dropping and some intercom fails and then it would not upgrade the firmware when I tried. Gave Dave a call, he got right back to me and got me a return authorization to replace the unit. Once again Motorcycle Dave proves he really wants his customers to be happy with their product.
