I owned a Suzuki Bandit 400 GS. I was a bit crazy on it and ultimately crashed so sig other thought I should ride on the back! We traded in the 400 and his YZF 1000 for a Valkyrie (which has some beautiful Lamonster accessories on it) and I have been on the back ever since. Then along came the Spyder and I am riding again. I after years of being a passenger, staying warm with him as a windshield (He has 54" shoulders, I am 5' 120 lbs), and not much caring about what was happening on the road except the scenery, I have gained a whole new respect for being in charge of the bike. I forgot just how much there is to pay attention to. We rode about two hundred miles yesterday and after my hands went numb from the cold here in Colorado, I had to stop. I thanked him for taking care of me on the back for the last few years! I will now be ordering warmer gloves if I can find some in xsmall and will never again whine about riding on the back. I have no desire to ride on the back again, but I sure was missing it yesterday!
