I changed the plugs, installed Baja Ron's plug wires and a K&N air filter on Saturday. On Sunday I took her for a long ride and what a differenence. I have 14K on the odometer and the bike had become sluggish off the line and lacked pep when accelerating but other wise ran fine. Now she is back to here old self but not sure what made the bid differennce. The origional plugs were carbon fouled so she has been running rich, I am guessing the spark plug wires were developing too high of internal resistance. The orginal filter was very clean so It is unlikely it was the K&N filter that made the big difference. In any case, It was worth the effort!
