There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. New Riken rear Tire review

BLUEKNIGHT911

Sadly Passed Oct 2024 - RIP
So before my vacation I had all tires re-placed .... Q-5's on front at 17 PSI, and my newly discovered RIKEN HP in 215/60-15 size... using 18 PSI ... In the dry, all auto tires will give good traction ( some better than others ) however WET driving can be quite different ..... So during my trip I actually drove in a couple of " gully washers "...... Although these tires sell for quite a bit less than the Altimax, and way less than Michelin or Vredestein .... they performed impressively. I could drive faster than I thought I could ( pulling a trailer 185 lbs total ). From a stop I didn't spin the rear tire, even when I launched with more throttle than needed. ...... For those of you who like the look of a 215 but not the price, I highly recommend the RIKEN.... The front Q-5's also did exceptionally well, but that was expected. Everyone here has been happy with them ...... I only did a bit over 750 total miles, so I'll keep you all posted as the miles increase. For those of you who aren't familiar with my tire choices.... I have been picking winners since 2013 ...... good luck ... Mike  ........ Correction ..... I meant to type RIKEN not Riker .... but I can't change it :gaah: .... But an administrator can .....please do ..... Mike

Installed the Riken (not Riker) Raptor HR 215/60 on my Daytona last week, as well. Pressure set at 18psi. So far, so good. When get my ContiProContact fronts on later this week, will be able to wring it out a bit and see how much better the performance is. Only rode about 2 minutes on wet roads so far, so nothing to add on wet traction here.

Mike, will that Riken work on our 2021 RTL ?

I just answered your E-mail ..... Yes it will, PS, I had mine mounted ( did not remove center Hub only rotor ) ... and DID NOT HAVE IT BALANCED and it isn't vibrating. .... I think I've found another winner :2thumbs:..... Mike

Just put one on my '21 RTL after 14750 miles on the original. Putting one on the wife's '21 RTL tomorrow. She has 15100 miles on hers. Used 15 oz of Ride On.
