Received a Call from BRP

BRP called wanting my to complete a 20 minute, real person, telephone interview survey about my Ryker Rally. Not common to have a personal survey like this.

Pretty comprehensive. Got down to the nuts and bolts of dealership process, pre delivery work, followup and, of course, what I liked, what I did not like and what I would like to see that is not offered for the Ryker.

Impressed with the questions. Hope to be impressed by the answers.

Yes, several of us have been through that process. Good for BRP following their ISO 9001 training to solicit voice of the customer. :thumbup:

I also had one of those calls...I think it was when I bought the 2014.
