• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Saddlebags falling apart

Am wondering if others are having the same problem with BRP saddlebags. Got them installed in July after waiting 5 months for them to come in. When washing my Spyder today, noticed that the bottom of the right side bag is coming apart. I haven't ridden in very wet weather and the bags only have about 2500 miles on them.
I wash my Spyder at home and am generally careful when I wash around the bags and other vulnerable areas but the bottom of the bag is delaminating.
Anybody else having issues?

They should be made for the purpose of intent. Rain, heat, cold, they should not fall apart. This is another strike. First the locking mechanism now this. Take a picture so others can see what to look for. Hope the new F3's with the built in saddlebags are made a little better. Go to the dealer. Should be replaced under warranty.

Bummer..!!

but for sure take them back to the dealer. This should be covered unless physically damaged. Like a parking lot accident. But would be nice to see what is happening...:banghead:

There have been issues with locking mechanisms, but have not heard of delamination. Like others have suggested, send em back for refund or replacement.

Keep us in the loop.
