• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Sena 30K - need Help with Setup/recommended device settings?

Hi Everyone,

Having a few issues with our 2 month old Sena 30Ks (bluetooth, intercom especially) and thought that perhaps some of the parameters in the device manager in the app might be set incorrectly.

Can anyone post the recommended device settings for the Sena 30K? It would be helpful to know which parameters should be enabled / disabled for the best results. Thanks!

Not sure what you’re asking for. There is no device settings. You pair to phone or bike with phone 1. You can pair to a second phone with phone 2. You can pair to a GPS. If bought as a dual set then they come paired for intercom. You can mesh connect with other Sena sets that have mesh technology.

Music and sounds are set on the phone or bike. (Treble, loudness, bass etc)

I'm referring to the device settings section within the Sena Motorcycle app. Sorry if I didn't make that clear. Thanks for your reply.

Never touched the settings and I doubt anyone has as most just turn it on and pair to phone or bike. Try changing and see what happens.
