Sena SMH-5 Question

OK Sena guys. This is my first set of Sena's. SMH-5 dual set.
Plug in charge up. Hook up speaker's mic and power on.
Hit jog dial hear beep try to talk to other headset nothing. Other headset hit jog dial talk and can hear!
Paired them again even though they say they are paired.
Isone head set dead or am I doing something wrong before I send them back??

What if you switch the modules around? Does the problem stay with the helmet/mount or module?

Thanks! It was nothing more than to reset the units, with the secret little hole and a paper clip! Fell so stupid sometimes

​Been there done that a few times. Senna Support is usually very good on helping. I have the SMH10B dual sets and they are now 8 years old. Very hard to keep the battery charged now and they only last about 1/2 hour when charged. The 10B model is a very early one. Support says no battery replacement so will have to buy a new Dual set.
My Garmin/BMW Nav 5 is bluetooth only on my R1200R LC. There is no speaker or headset output so guess I will have to pony up for new bluetooth headsets for "The Princess" and myself. 8 years of use so I am not complaining.
