One of my headlights on the Spyder went dark the other day. I talked with the dealer who had a two week wait for service, plus they didn't have the bulb in stock, they'd have to order it. Just for grins, I stopped in to my local NAPA store on the way home and BINGO! They had the bulb and at about half the cost of BRP. Throwing no shade at the dealer, as BRP is most likely setting the price points. It still took me a couple of hours to remove all the body panels to get to the headlight pod, but I'm back on the road with both headlights and a few extra dollars. Just for the record, the dealer suggested NAPA, so thanks to all.
Some items, like my tractor, I use Napa bearings because John Deere likes using cheap parts that don't hold up. You have to think out of the box sometimes, and trust your gut!
