• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Some early 3-wheel vehicle history

Came across a book a while back with some neat photos of vintage automobiles, including early 3-wheel 'cycle cars', as they were referred to. Thought others might also enjoy seeing some fore-runners of our modern day Slingshots and Spyders. "Veteran and Vintage Cars"; photo credits to B T Batsford Ltd., and The Viking Press, Inc.

Thanks .....

Have a few myself ( pictures that is) and run across some at car events and rydes. After the debate with the introduction of the Slingshot they have now classified them as "Auto Cycles" to keep the motorcycle DOT specifications.... Nice pic's

In England and Europe, among other parameters, vehicles were taxed on the amount of wheels, hence a proliferation of 3 wheel cars.
