• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Wax

I use protect all. It can be applied to anything (plastic, rubber, painted surfaces), goes on quick and with a quick hand buff shines up nicely. I use it on everything actually, Spyder, camper, truck, tractor, etc.

I use Turtle Wax and a sponge. Its cheep and easy to apply. Works as well as the high priced stuff and can get it anywere

Meguiars Cleaner Wax. Contains a VERY mild polishing media (helps to remove bug guts, tar, etc and remove swirl marks and such) as well as the wax. Easy to apply, easy to wipe off, lasts pretty well, doesn't cost too much.

Turtle wax ICE

I use Turtle wax ICE spray. It can be used on ANY part of the bike. It lasts for up to a year. Watch the tests on Youtube. Beautiful shine! Removes bugs. Wont turn your textured plastic white. Easy to carry with you on the spyder. Actually works better than Mother's Detail Spray, which surprised me. Comparable to Top Coat F11. No residue if you miss wiping some off. ICE is my favorite HANDS DOWN! Many Harley owners have used it for years. Once I tried it, I was hooked. Available everywhere too!

Souveran carnauba or Wolfgang's Estate wax, combination carnauba/polymer. If it can be bought in an auto parts store it does NOT go onto the finish of any vehicle of ours

That is a mistake. I would never use ANY of the products that are only available online. The waxes and polishes from the big brands in stores, are tested and guaranteed not to harm your paint. The stuff you buy online is only backed by HYPE, and inflated prices. There is no way I would put someone's snake oil on my paint. When it messes up your paint, then what? There is no company to contact in most cases, or they blame it on you. If your paying $20, $30, or more for a spray bottle of car wax/polish online, then your getting taken. And if it says Harley-Davidson, Honda, or any store's name on the bottle, then its just a re-bottled cheaper polish/wax with an inflated price.
