• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Can anyone tell me how to power up the xm satellite radio after installation? Was installed by dealer but I did not notice it was not showing up on the screen when scrolling thru the diferent functions....i was going to get the number off of unit and call to activate.it appears it was not powered up after installation. The dealer will not return calls. Any help is appreciated.

Have you tried
after the bike is on press the mode once it will then be on the radio then press the set and scrool through till you get to xm/sat

good luck

:agree:
You might need to go to the Sirius/XM website, and have them "refresh" the signal to your unit. Have the serial number handy: you'll need to input that into their site...

Yes, I know both those procedures but when I scroll down the list it doesn't stop at the xm station....does not acknowledge that there is a xm installed....if it would light up with the non active screen I could get the serial number and call in and have the full functions activated.. the screen does not recognize it as being "on". Dealer does not respond.

 Now I understand the source of your concern... :banghead:
The Dealer missed something in the installation: take it back to him! nojoke
