• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Welcome, Motorcycle Me

New Can-Am rider in Emerald Isle, NC. Looking for others to ride with or a Can-Am Club in the area. Any information would be appreciated. Not sure I know how to find myself in the threads for the answers.

Welcome to the Forum, @Motorcycle Me. 😁

If you're looking for anyone nearby to ride with, you might want to have a bit of a poke thru the North Carolina sub-forum in the Can Am Spyder & Ryker Riding Clubs section, which is linked below; but please do check the dates on the first post in any thread AND the last few posts in the thread before replying - if any of those dates are anything much more than a couple of years old, you might not get a response even if you do post up in that thread! :cautious:

If the dates are older, and you haven't read enough elsewhere to recognise too many of the Usernames of member's who are still actively posting, just click on the round picture above their username to the left of each post - that should bring up that member's profile info, including the last date they logged onto the Forum. Many members here only visit once a week or so, and some even less regularly; but if they haven't visited in much over a year, chances are they won't reply too quickly even if you do post up &/or send a Direct Message.

Here's the link tho - hope you find someone nearby. 😉

Thanks for the tips. So far everything seems to be a dead end. Have to chase somebody when they are going the other way.
