• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

New audio systems available for 2020+ RT/RTL's

Will be some work involved, but there is one available. 6 speaker set up for RTL and 4 speaker set up for RT.
Personally, I listen thru helmet audio, and only use external tunes when riding under 45 mph. Having chased the audio unicorn on my past H-D, I know that tunes are not audiophile above 70mph. Also, I take full advantage of the frunk when touring. But at least now their are options..

A member of one of the Spyder forums on FB installed one in his RT. He said it was a lot of work, but worth it. He said the sound improvement/volume/clarity was dramatic. Nothing is cheap these days :(

I think most people would be much happier with a Cardo or something similar in helmet sound system than investing in an expensive sound system which will create a whole new problem in attempt to solve something minor.

I am interested in the SSV Works 800 watt plug and play system for my 2022 RTL. Does anyone know if the factory front roller suitcase will still fit with the new audio system installed. I have contacted both Slingmods and SSV Works but neither have tried to see if it fits. The installation instructions do not show any decent completion photos of the frunk area.

There's a link to a video on their website, which is also posted on Youtube.
At 1:20 in the video, it shows the part that is mounted in the frunk.

I have the Can Am luggage roller bag, and when you put it in the frunk it takes up the entire width.
Let me see if I can get a picture of it in the frunk.

Edit: empty frunk

The roller bag is semi-rigid. It's not completely hard, but it won't compress enough to make room for the SSV Works system.
