• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Any Isotta windshield users here?

Wondering if any Euro members might be using a Isotta windscreen on their 2020+ RT Spyders? I like the way it looks with its taper, but have zero knowledge regarding quality, effectiveness, etc. Thx for any input.

Hi, I bought it and already received it.
The packaging was a bit poor.
It arrived safely, and I'll use it in the winter since it covers more than the original and is thicker. It looks great.

Nice. Thank you. I hope the packaging is stout enough for travel to the USA. Post up a photo or two if possible. Thanks

My Isotta shield is out for delivery today. Ordered it on May.14 from Italy. FAST >>>>

The good news :) My windscreen arrived safely and very well packaged in only SEVEN days from Italy. The bad news :( They forgot to include the supplied mounting hardware, as they use grommets/steel sleeves for the 2020+ RT windscreens. Hopefully I get the hardware just as timely. Oh well... It is a beautifully made windscreen with awesome polished edges.

I wonder if they make any for the F3, need to go to their site and take a look. It looks like it would be a nice one for winter weather and mine is slowly splitting away at the mount points from that deer strike a couple of years ago.

They do.

Hey Porto;
IF the holes on the Isotta windscreen are the same size as 2019/older RT's, for your 2020+ RT, you'll need to buy:
(4) rubber grommets (705003756) at $5.19 each = $20.76
(4) steel insert sleeves (705005756) at $12.49 EACH = $49.96 for a total $70 extra $$ ($62 Euro)
Yeah, I got my money back, so I'm done.
I did send Isotta this info. Maybe they'll throw me a freebee...

Gee, I received the required mounting hardware 19 days AFTER I was refunded in my dispute. It took Isotta 20 days after purchase to admit that the windshield needed the necessary hardware to install. Sad. :(

Hey Porto, contact Isotta and request the hardware for your 2020+ RT/RTL. I'm sure they'll send you out the parts.

I’m following up on this thread.
I am looking at the Isotta for my F3S.
They do supply them, however, there is very little info on the page other than the size of 754 mm from the headlight.
Can anyone re these screens I’m hopeful that after a period of time you guys may have had some use since getting the hardware etc issues resolved.
Thank in advance.
Regards,
Nick.

After admitting their error, Issota finally forwarded the necessary hardware. It is a large, thick and nicely designed windscreen. I use it for long distance trips.
