There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Flag holders for small flags

I have searched the threads and I mostly come up with Rivco and ISCI long pole flag holders. I'm one of the ride captains for Spyderfest 2012 and would like to sport my MoGANG Club flag and the Spyderfest 2012 flag on my RT-S. These are small at ~ 15" x 11" and the commercially available holders seem to sit really low. It doesn't do much good if they aren't visible. There are many flag holders on the market for 2 wheelers and most of them seem to bracket the license plate mount. Any new info would be greatly appreciated.

ISCI makes a single and double small flag mount thats goes behind the license plate and is made with the correct angle for the RT, it is a bit pricey though.

Yes, it is. It just sits so low to fly small flags. That's my dilemna. What I need is something like the flags that people roll their car windows up to hold them in place. I was hoping that there was a product out there that would possible allow me to shut my trunk and hold it in place. Maybe I'm just looking for a really cheap option for a rare event. I would have no problem spending the money for a nice holder if I were to fly a large American Flag, but I'm talking fun, trendy run type flags.
Thanks for the reply.

Maybe I will spend the $$$ and get the $185 ISCI Tall Double Flag Holder. It does come with an American Made flag. I could always fly my other two flags on the left pole and the American on the right pole. Argh! :banghead:

Kevin,
That sounds like a good idea for an enterprising vendor to come out with. hmmmmmmmmmm??? :chat:

heh heh heh, Steve. I'm trying to take the easy way out. Work doesn't allow me the time to come up with those types of things. I do have a lot of ideas in the works, though. The tolerances on that trunk are so tight, being waterproof, I doubt that there's a decent way to do that without compromising the integrety of the fit that the wind vibrations would cause. I will have something by the time we arrive there.

Yes, I've thought of that. Weather permitting I won't have trailer & hitch until Friday. So without seeing exactly how it's constructed I'm flying blind. I'll post if any affordable brain storms hit me.

Kevin,

John and I both have the long pole setup from ISCI and really like it. The flags are very noticeable and we can actually fly 2 flags on one pole while flying American on the other one. Right now we have MOGANG and PatriotGuard flags to fiy. Just my 2 cents

I tried contacting them tonight and they are closed. My hours of work are much later than theirs. I was looking at the 2 Tall Flag configuration that they sell for $185. It says that it is 12" longer than their standard 2 pole system. No where does it say how tall the poles are on that one. Can you or anyone else me how tall the poles are on the 2 Tall mount? I would like to have this on the bike by Spyderfest.
Thanks!
