• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Highway pegs for short folks

I think I've pretty much decided to get Lamont's highway pegs and have them installed at Spyderfest. I know they are adjustable, but I wonder if there are some other short folks that use them. I had a V-Star with highway pegs & couldn't even touch them with my legs fully extended. I really want something so I can move my legs forward on long highway stretches.

I'd appreciate the benefit of ya'll's experience.

Thanks.

Lamonts NBV'S

I had these installed at Lamont's BBQ this past September. I'm 5'5" and I love really love them. :D

Hi, I have Lamonts hwy pegs and just love them and bought them for that very reason. I'm only 5'1 so I needed something that was adjustable and that could be mounted back and toward me so that I could reach. I'm very happy with them and think that you will be too. They definitely get my two thumbs up. :2thumbs: :firstplace: :D

I am sure you will see Lamonts NVB's on a lot of Spyders at Spyderfest and you would be able to sit on one to check them out. I wouldn't travel without them. Highly recommended.

I also have Lamont's highway pegs and love them. Feet are on them as soon as I can get them there. I am really, really fun size and trying to find a way to get 2 more inches of height to them then I would really be comfortable.

I bet you could bolt some of the adjustable brackets together and lenghten them at least a couple of inches. It's hard to put into words what I have pictured in my mind :banghead: but I bet Lamont could fix you up.
