This is the kind of article I would have read a dozen times last year while counting the days for my Spyder to be delivered.

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I am one of the lucky Spyder owners in Cape Town, South Africa where this article was written. Bear in mind that Dave (the testing journo) only had the Spyder for two days and I'm sure he felt a little intimidated by the Spyders handling (weren't we all at first?). I'm sure he didn't get to ride it briskly with confidence in those two days. Nice enough read anyways. I offered him my SE5 with Hindle, 6-spoke rims, 1" riser etc but he declined as he wanted to a write-up on a bog standard Spyder... fair enough.
