• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Can someone help me find these Scoops for Spyder RT 2011

It's a BRP part. Contact your local dealer and see if they have one available. In case you don't know, the recall kit is a lot more involved than just the scoops. Also, you might be able to find a set on ebay.

Struggling to find anyone in Indiana to Service a 2009 Spyder V-Twin - any thoughts?

If you're on FB, look up Joshua Spyder-Man Richardson He lives in Indy and works on Spyders in his spare time. He's on a trip now (CO and UT) and he has a waiting list for service, but he's your man. He's on SL but I forget his handle. Also, if you're in any US Spyder Ryders group, He's in...

And if you turn it off in neutral, you don't have to press the brake to start it. At least on the RTs and F3s.

How do I remove the screws on the front splash panels?

Are you talking on an older RT (2010 - 2019) on the panels by your knees? If that's what you're talking about, you don't remove them. They just have a "hook" on the inside that fits in a rubber grommet. Don't turn them, when you remove the panel, they just pop out. If that's not what you're...

2014 STL won't go into gear - any ideas?

With the 998 engine, the oil level is very important. How to check the oil level is as important. A low oil level will cause the problem you're describing. Tell us how many miles you have on it and how long have you had your Spyder. Be sure to read...

Not having any luck finding a Trailer Hitch for my F3 S SM6

In the F3 family, the F3S and F3 were not designed for towing. Only the F3 Limited and F3T were. You might want to contact a spyder specific after-marketer to see if they have made one.

Does anyone leave the parking brake off during winter storage? And some rodent protection discussion...

Whenever it's parked in your garage, it should be on a battery tender. It'll always start if it is.

Does anyone leave the parking brake off during winter storage? And some rodent protection discussion...

I always leave mine off when it's parked in my garage. That, and it's always on a battery tender/maintainer.
