• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Question for experienced Spyder owners - New F3 vs Used?

    I'm riding a 2017 F3-T that I purchased used last Fall (November 2025) with just over 5000 miles. Immediately upon purchase, I put 3 car tires on it, and a BajaRon Sway Bar. This season (April 2026 thru now), I've added 8000 trouble free miles of fun. Don't be afraid of going the used route.

    Laser Alignment Issues with all A/mkt Wheels - they won't accept alignment tools? Anyone heard this before??

    I find the difference in BRP Dealers amazing! My dealer installed the Vredestein tires on my F3-T with nary an eye blink. I guess I'm lucky to have them 7 miles up the road.

    I've changed my opinion of backrests for Spyder Riding - anyone else?

    I use ATGATT and vastly prefer having a backrest on my F3-T. I think I got used to leaning on the top box when I had my Ryker with a Max Mount.

    I have been using the SE adjustable rod for the last 6000 miles with no problems. I ride in position 4, so can't comment on the adjustability in position 1

    Are people throwing better shocks at their trike first, instead of better tires?

    I did both BajaRon's swaybar and tires immediately after purchase of my F3-T. I've since changed to BajaRon/JTI front shocks also. Each change made improvements and now as I package the machine is GREAT! I can ride for hours and it handles like a dream.

    Looking for Navigation options besides ACP - What do you recommend?

    I use my phone on a home-made bracket mounted with the handlebar bolts. I like to pre-plan my routes, so I use DMD. There is a free version of the app for Android and it offers a web-based version for planning the routes on my laptop.
