• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Anyone else fitted one of these Handlebar Brake Conversions? Having problems setting it up, need help/advice.

I have the ISCI Setup as well and have been riding with it since 2019 and have had no problems with it while riding, why I use the Handbrake is due to MS and I am unable to use my right foot, have also seen paraplegics use the ISCI set up as well. What I have learnt my hand is not as strong as...

Do you Need better brakes coz stock discs are twisted?

Hello From Queensland Australia, I originally had a complete OEM setup with a Handbrake kit from ICSI due to MS as I am unable to use my right foot, I actually found that just stopping in time I really had to read the traffic conditions as my hand is nothing like stomping on my brake pedal with...

Has anyone removed/modified the Airbox on an F3 to improve intake airflow? Ideas?

From what I remember from the ADF, if it is not broke, don't fix it.

Considering a Spyder - Can I Ask You Some Questions?

Due to MS, I could not even test ride my F3S my wife did it for me and she liked it that much she ended up getting a Ryker 900 Rally, that is another consideration for you as well when you both could have the fun of riding.

Any suggestions on a good riding camera - need one, after a road rage incident!

I use a INNOVV K5 which films front and rear plus GPS mic and it is wired into your bike, I also ended up a getting a INNOVV H5 for the helmet five-hour battery life and if you get the adapter, you can use an external battery source with a 512 SD card you can record all day, both units are IP65...

Is Running Diesel Oil in Your Spyder such a good idea?

LOL I wish I used that in the ADF when I was Younger as it did relate to a few people I had dealings with

Is Running Diesel Oil in Your Spyder such a good idea?

I am not a expert (EX being a 'has been'; SPERT being a 'drip under pressure'... 🤠) about this, but my understanding is that diesel oils have far more detergents than petrol oils. Like in the military when I was younger (err... a lot younger!) they used to use Oil Mineral Detergent (OMD) in the...

I Killed My Battery - left it on a tender... New battery awaiting collection!

Hi, my Spyder does not sit still long enough to warrant a battery tender, nor do I have a need to charge the battery, as it is always riding weather here in OZZIE. Plus, I will ride, rain, hail, or shine.

Your Weather News @ March Edition 2025

Well, Queensland is living up to its reputation, as we have a Cyclone heading towards us. Funnily enough though, it started in Northern Queensland and tracked all the way down the East Coast of Australia, staying about 600 Kms off of the East Coast till now, when it has decided to turn West and...

Latest BRP Safety Bulletins for Shaft Replacement (2019-12) and Shaft & Sprocket Replacement (2019-13) Recalls - Jan 2025

Even Though Mine is a 2017 model F3S, I bought it in 2019 new. I have replaced the front sprocket, I have also received the letter from Can Am about the shaft, but reading the notes in the web site, I am well over the 35k's that leaves my bike out of the recall, so there is not much I can do...

Latest BRP Safety Bulletins for Shaft Replacement (2019-12) and Shaft & Sprocket Replacement (2019-13) Recalls - Jan 2025

Mine is a 2017 model so BRP looks like they are working on the case being that if it is not broken by 35000 Ks then it won't break! I think the ACCC here in Australia would love to get hold of this one. They cannot identify a problem, so they give it a cap - that's like walking into a mine...
