• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Method for determining when to replace brakes - suggestions

Not a method, rather a rule of thumb. I run quality car tires with EBC brake pads. With new front tires and new EBC pads I get approx 50,K miles on the front and 25,K miles on the rear. At which time I change tires, I also put in new pads, I consider myself a conservative rider when it comes...

NOT NORMAL! Get it looked at ASAP!

Am I overthinking doing a 2022 RTL Front Tire Change?

You will have no problem with the continentals on the front. The rear tire of 225/60R15 may cause problems rubbing the back flap on your rear fender, and bottom out when hitting potholes as it is about .43" taller diameter than the 215/60R15. Bill

What did you pay for your 9,000 mile service?

Are you having the spark plugs changed? Honestly not needed at less than 30,000 miles. I have 59,800 on mine with the original plugs!

What did you pay for your 9,000 mile service?

Thats Unreal! No way could I afford to own my Spyder if I had to fork out that kind of cash for an oil change and a routine inspection at every scheduled maintenance interval! $150 dollars average cost for doing it myself with top of the line products. I really feel bad for those owners who...

2023 F3L SES Front Sprocket BUSTED! Has anyone else with a "newer" Spyder had a sprocket issue?

Hmm? When I service (oil change), I don't remove any left side plastic that would allow getting a look at the drive sprocket! In my near 60K miles, I've never had the left side black plastic removed on my 2020RTL.

Are these Dealer charges normal? Fair?

Freight and Set-Up should be already included in the asking price if they have it setting on their floor for sale!

Are these Dealer charges normal? Fair?

It all boils down to the "Out the Door Price" ie. What is it going to cost me to have it home in my garage? I hate any unexpected charges, I have never paid over the asking price plus 10% which includes tax, license, registration, duty, storage, tank of gas, salesmans bonus, etc. If they want...

Any foreseeable problems or concerns with this Trailer Hitch Suspension?

I pull an Aluma trailer on a 1 7/8" ball and have not had any problems over hundreds of miles. Been on some very rough roads and don't hardly know it's back there. I don't believe that your set-up would improve my ride. Try it if you want, maybe it works different on your trailer.

    Riding my other Bike.

California has always been 1st in the Nation for new laws and regulations, I'm surprised that E-bikes are even allowed in the State for fear of causing cancer or other health related concerns. Be a real shame if a crook got picked up because his stolen E-bike didn't have proper requirements!
