• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Anyone verified Aftermarket Performance Gains?

Bert, I haven't seen any answers to your questions. I had an 2016 F3T with the stage 2 Monster Fuel Injection Tune. As Larry was saying, no difference in fuel milleage if not better (compare to same ride with a friend who doesn't have any tune). The air box mod is only 2 holes in the cover...

F3 - any way to easily move the peg and brake rod on an F3, an adjustable peg and brake rod maybe?

I must admit that your solution is one of my inspiration :) I already have rod #3 and #5. I can easily use one of them to do exactly like you did.

F3 - any way to easily move the peg and brake rod on an F3, an adjustable peg and brake rod maybe?

You are right. But you also need to replace all the bolts. they are in stainless and so soft, after removing and replaced them once, I have one with its hex head mor round than Hex. Possibly replacing them with something better is the way to go. I'd like to find an effective solution to be...

    2016 F3T mirrors

in 40 000Km, it happened also to me once a few weeks ago. I used pliers to have the black metal clip that retains it a little bit more tight and also managed to have the mirror stiffer. I find out that if the mirror is very tight on the Spyder, the cover will have less chance to fell off. To...

F3 - any way to easily move the peg and brake rod on an F3, an adjustable peg and brake rod maybe?

Hi, does anybody know a way to easily move the peg and brake rod on an F3? My wife wants to use the Spyder and she's 6" shorter that me. Usually, I had my pegs at position 5 and for her, position 3 is the best. I can imagine we can modify the brake rod to have a kind of sliding tube with pins...

    What maps do you use?

I can't remember what are the options when you are on the free access. If you have the Gold, you can create route and download them in different format to share among others. on my side, I have the gold + Navi which gives me possibilty to create, share and navigate (turn by turn indication)...

Rear Speakers on a F3 Limited

When I was looking to had the top box on my 2016 F3T, I got the information that when you add the rear amp & speakers, that you have to have it programmed at dealer with BUDS. Maybe yours is just missing that programming ? On my understanding, if you don't have any fade adjustment from the...

    What maps do you use?

I've been using MyRouteApp (https://www.myrouteapp.com/) for 4 years. MyRouteApp is the new generation of the old Tyre computer application that I used for many years to make my own route and generate all kind of KML, KMZ, GPX files for my truck GPS. It is now a web site instead of a computer...

Has any F3L riders installed Motorcycle Dave's heated seat pad.

The switch was included with the heating pads that I received from Dave. If I remember correctly, it fits directly in the hole already in place for the heated grip switch. I can't recall exactly, but you definatly need to remove saddlebag but not completly. Just slinding them a little on...

    Educated Answers needed

You have an RT and I have an 2016 F3T. I never tried an RT so I can't compare. But I went to the Bajaron Sway bar and it was a big improvement. After that, I replaced my front shock with Elka stage 2. If I was to do it again, I would have replaced my shock first and if still not happy with...

Has any F3L riders installed Motorcycle Dave's heated seat pad.

Hi, I did install them on my 2016 F3T. I installed both front and rear heated pad and installed switch where rear heated grip switch should go. There a plug there you just have to remove. On the other side, I drilled a hole at the same place. left switch is for front seat and right one for...

Best belt tensioner = No belt tensioner at all!

You are right. it is not a tensioner. But it looks like it's what most people are calling them. My point was not really to scare anyone or to make bad comments on product. I just want to advise everyone to be aware of what can happend. And most of all, always listen to your Spyder. If you...
