• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Can anyone help me source a New Windscreen from 7Jurock?

The report of poor communication from a member here is why I bought mine from GP Cycleworks. https://gpcycleworks.com/?srsltid=AfmBOorY25eTz2nVloDehjikfw-THsYS3u2ZRAphx_DS207WUT3SZbsb . Communication was awesome before, during and after sale.

Has anyone found an inexpensive F3 Shop Manual?

First thing I did when I bought mine, JayBros link is the one I got.

    My 2014 ST SM5 Project

If it were me, I'd start with the basics. Compression on all cylinders the same or close to? With it running, remove the plug wire on each cylinder one at a time to see if it makes any difference to narrow down the cylinder if it is indeed one cylinder and not something common to all. Do the...

Anyone else despise the Kill Switch/Cruise Control location?

I guess I'm just ham fisted then, or clumsy LOL

Anyone else despise the Kill Switch/Cruise Control location?

Anyone despise the location or maybe it's the orientation of the kill switch in relation to the cruise control switch? Twice now I've inadvertently hit the kill switch while setting the cruise while travelling at a good clip. Yesterday was at 115 km/h while passing a car, kinda gives you a...

    My 2014 ST SM5 Project

Couple of ramps, you can either back up onto them or drive on, whichever way leaves them out of the way, then jack up the back end and put something under the rear tire. This is what I use when I'm changing the oil, the pieces on each end are so that it doesn't roll as I park it in the garage...

    Riding Spyder on gravel roads???

I was on a couple roads around here yesterday that were brutal, the corners especially. Edges of the pavement dropped down if they're even there, terrible patch jobs that are almost worse than the original road etc. You're into a nice sweeping corner, leaning just right and then brrrrrrr, you're...

Anyone used this Lift for Spyder Storage? Any feedback on it?

I wouldn't be worried about the studs as much as I'd be worried about the strain with the bike on it wanting to pull the wall sideways. If it had a couple of well braced legs 2-3' long coming out from the bottom, maybe, but other than that... nope!

Spyder just quit running while riding... Is this an isolated incident?

Wonder if it was vapour lock where it was so hot along with ethanol fuel and no air flow over the fuel system. Not really a fault of the machine in a sense.

Does this Ultra Plus Full Synthetic 10W40 oil work for our Spyders?

I've never seen the 1 quart or 1 liter bottles here either, I'll have 3.9 liters left from the pail eventually.

Does this Ultra Plus Full Synthetic 10W40 oil work for our Spyders?

Odd, here in NS it comes in 5L jugs which is the perfect size, fills mine up to the top of the stick. Saying that, the 18.9L pail was on sale last fall so I bought a pail. Glad I did as the price went up over a $100 a pail.

How many Spyder Riders have had a Hip replacement? How does it work for you?

Mine wasn't an infection. The surgeon had installed the socket at the wrong angle and the ball popped out of place, twice. Think about when you pop a chicken leg - same deal. The pic before and after... I'm sure you can tell which is which! LOL.

How many Spyder Riders have had a Hip replacement? How does it work for you?

I've had my left hip done twice and both knees done. Only thing that affects me on a Spyder is the funky way I have to get on it, looks kinda comical, actually. LOL. Left side of bike; put left leg close to bike up close to the bars; bend way forward; and swing my right leg over the seat. No...

Anyone else been having trouble with the FOBO Bike 2 website not working?

Yup :-). The way I interpreted the questions, (obviously wrongly so) I was thinking that it had to send the tire info to a server then to your phone which didn't make sense to me, now it does......
