• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    How to go about Draining the Radiators on 2020 F3S?

    I believe you want to take off the radiator hose and not use the drain plug on the radiators. The drains like to break their seal and leak. Most all take off the radiator hoses.

    Riding my new to me Spyder from Texas to Maine, seat won't stay up & USB port won't charge - anyone else? Any fixes/ideas/help?

    Well you found out about the seat not staying up by it self. You can buy a different strut that is stronger that fits. Lamonster Garage and BajaRon I think, sell the better struts too. USB's, I don't have a clue. Anyway, enjoy your 1330 RTL. It's a nice ride.

    What just happened? Two weeks old: Engine shut down, VSS Error.

    Take the battery and charge it good. Then have it load tested see if the battery holds up. Get new screws - bolts and put in the end of the cable. If it all shows good then and starts fine, you should be all right. If it has the cheap Haiju battery in it, then I'd replace it with a Yuasa battery...

    Installing Rear view/backup camera - what wire & where to trigger it?

    I don't know for sure but I don't think you have to replace the whole fender. Just a small bracket to install. Someone will tell you for sure soon what you need to install a camera.

    @GWHIZZ, Don't be one day late trying to get the Best Warranty for a longer period of time. If you miss the date your OEM Warranty on your Spyder expires, you wont get the BEST Warranty to extend on your Spyder. BRP will not renew the Warranty if you miss the last day of their original Warranty...

    Yep, lots of places say the battery will be charged. Famous words from sellers. You Need to fully charge a battery before using them. Spyders take a lot of juice to fire them up. So yep, charge it good. Then I bet it will start right up.

    My Motohorn died on me this weekend

    I bought a package of 2 Wolo Bad boy Air Horns on Amazon for $50 dollars a few yrs back. They make a good noise and they're still going strong. I see they now cost more than that for 1. Auto part stores carry them too, I've seen. Just a thought.
