• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

How much weight do you tow?

Hi Joe, I think it is 400 lbs you can tow with a Spyder. Tongue weight either was 20 lbs or 40 lbs. Im sure someone else will chime in with the exact specs.

Anyone experienced vibrations in their 2026 Sea to Sky Mirrors, like those in earlier 2020+ models?

I have a '22 RTL. Supposedly, they had improved the mirror mounts to stop the mirrors from shaking. Well, my right mirror is pretty good at not shaking/vibrating, but the left mirror must not have been fitted with the new whatever they did to stop the shaking. It shakes so much that I couldn't...

Just sold my Harley and have follow up questions - what spec RT; Base, Ltd, Sea to Sky? Used, or new?

If you choose the RTL, don't worry about the drive. I bought my RTL about 3 1/2 hrs drive away from my house. Didn't even test ride a Spyder before I bought it. When they got it in to the dealer, my wife and I drove to the dealer, the salesman told me about how it worked, I put on my helmet, and...

Thinking of switching to a Spyder, any others jumped from their Harley's to Spyders? Any advice welcome...

As Knizar said, you won't be disappointed going to a Spyder. I rode my brother's trike 3 times. That was 3 times too many riding it. Bought my Spyder and what a difference there was! So much better ride, shifting with my fingers, no clutch to deal with, it was just smooth and comfortable. Wife...

Does the ShowChrome Trunk Rack for a 2023 RT fit a 2026 RT?

I believe it does. Go to Slingmods.com They have a good selection of luggage racks that fit '20 thru '26 RTL's

Check Suspension drop down message appears intermittently - any ideas/help?

Check to make sure the air compressor is working, look for/listen for air leaks, both of these have to do with the ride air suspension. Also look and make sure the little arm that hooks to the part of frame that goes to the rear tire is connected. If it's unhooked, it will not tell the air...

Any useful comments or suggestions to help reduce back pain while riding 2023 F3-T - Short Reach Handlebars maybe?

A rider back rest did wonders for the middle an lower back plus up in my shoulders. Then I put on a riser under the handle bars. Made all the difference for me so I could ride all day.

    Spyder Sightings

We were in our van coming from Yakima to Eatonville. Over Hwy 12 to Morton then turned North on 7 up to Eatonville. We saw probably 10-12 Spyders scattered. There'd be 1 Spyder with 1 or more motorcycles. We saw a Canyon with a group of bikes. Saw a Ryker too. At least there were plenty of...

Are there any changes between the 2022 Sea to Sky's and the 2023's?

Hi, I don't think there is much of a difference between the '22 and '23. In '24 I belive that the digital display was changed to the larger screen. I kinda think the screen is about 3 inches larger and it could be a touch screen too. Not sure when they changed the controls on the hand grips...

Anyone know where to get Lidlox for 2026 Spyders?

Look on eBay. search for lidlox helment locks for '26 can am Spyder. They have some end handel bar locks for new RT's an F3's , that look to me like copies of lidlox. Not in chrome though. Looks like they work for what you want.

Interesting conversation at the gas pump - asked why I chose to ride a Spyder rather than 'a real motorcycle'?!

I've had a few people question me when they see or find out that I ride a Spyder. Why didn't you get a Harley? Didn't want to, Love the way my Spyder handles and how comfortable it is. I don't argue with them. When one guy at the Huckleberry Festival in Bingen, Wa, asked me what I ride, I said...

2024 RT L back at the dealer for the 9th time in 3 months!! How long until you give up?

I hear your point of view. This would have made me question the reliability of a Spyder and BRP. I, on the other hand, have had 2 different RTL's and no problems. Wife has had an F3L with no problems. Except for the cheap battery the BRP bean counters thought would be cheaper but OK in the '22...

    Belt cover/guard: needed or not?

They have been chip sealing the roads here in town and out on some of the highways. If I hear or see that they are doing it on a road I'll be taking, I will take another route. After a couple of days, the gravel is packed into the tar pretty good and any loose gravel is off to the side of the...

    Belt cover/guard: needed or not?

Some people put the belt guard on and others don't. It's your call if you want to put one on. I bought one for my '17 RTL and never put it on. I think it fits on my '22 RTL too, but I haven't put it on. Haven't had any trouble with rocks. Driveway has pea gravel and gravel on it. Gone on some...

    2026 model year reveal 8-17-25 6:45 PM

Well, it started off saying RTL and showing 4 wheels. Towards the end it shows an RTL with the 3 wheels. I'd say wait 'til they show the new line up on you tube, then we'll see if it's real. I don't think a 4 wheel RTL will be in the new line up. Just my opinion tho.
