• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Is there any easy way to check the RTL's Coolant Level?

Just a thought ! If you have the frunk light working, how about glueing a small led light source on the rear of the tank and use the same sircuit as the frunk light ?

We took our RT for a cpl days away.

Wife and I decided to take the RT for a trip, so we packed our bags and booked a cpl of hotels. We left Sunday and came back home today, after having a wonderful time on the road and at the hotels. Since last recordings with my Insta360 camera, I have bought an external microphone, and I was...

Do People Get Thrown Off of Spyders?

Riding a Spyder you lean in by shifting you bodyweight. I also use my thighs to "hold" on to the bike. There is a nanny onboard my RT 2012 and as I have understood, it cuts ignition if one of the front wheels experience going under a certain ground pressure, so you can't go too fast out of a...

Another long roundtrip in southern Norway.

Nice to hear JayBros. Crosscountry skiing is fun and nature around Elverum is perfect for it I think. (y)

Another long roundtrip in southern Norway.

Hi friends! Last week started off with having a mole taken off the back of my right thigh, 8 stitches, and a bandaid. So I was wondering how that would affect sitting on my Spyder. On the 15th, the weather was perfect, nice and sunny, so I decided to take a test ride and see how it turned out...

Ever driven your Spyder onto a ferry?

Been on the ferry from Norway to Denmark, no problem. Then a smaller ferry in Germany that took us over the river "Elbe", no problem there either. At the end of the trip, the ferry from Holland to Norway, also no problem. And as stated earlier, going at an angle is safer if it looks too steep.

What did you do to your Spyder today?

Today I bought a digital voltmeter to replace the analog temp gauge. I also removed the fuel gauge, as I just learned on this forum that it will come up on the main display together with the temp. Installation and wiring was nice and easy, and I also made a 3D printed cap for the empty fuel...

Need clarification on disconnecting the analog temp gauge - will that bring up the digital gauge?

I got my 3D printer working on a diy plug at the moment. I will post a pic when it is all done and hopefully fitted where the fuel gauge used to be. Digital voltmeter allready mounted. :)(y)

Need clarification on disconnecting the analog temp gauge - will that bring up the digital gauge?

Hi all! I have read a few threads about temp gauge and magnetic mirrors and now I want to make sure I have understood this solution. If I disconnect the analog temp gauge it will appear on the digital screen? I could of course go and disconnect it and try, but if I can get confirmation in here...
