• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Any ideas on adding an aftermarket USB for phone charging during travels on our 2017 RT?

Time for a class in voltage vs current, how to measure each!

Help - new tires and wheel speed sensor errors - Limp Mode with Codes C006C, C003A, C1290, & P2159. Anyone else? Any advice?

I think that the tire thing comes directly from BRP/Kenda via the dealer network. It appears to me to be a restraint of trade issue, not allowing other vendors to provide their product.

The lead Spyder mechanic there is very good. He puts out a lot of Youtube videos on the Spyder.

Is the Canyon Riding position narrower than the RT's? Enough to notice & stop cramping hips?

Decreased storage on the Canyon vs the RT/F3 and a 4000 mile ride?! RU you going to sleep at a laundry mat ever other night? Just staying!

I HATE Vapor recovery (ECO) gasoline pump nozzles! Is this just "my issue" only? Anyone else? What do you do to avoid this?

You can flood the EVAP canister with gas by putting that much gas in a Spyder.

Is the Canyon Riding position narrower than the RT's? Enough to notice & stop cramping hips?

I am 81 and have similar issues at times, and I just stop, get off, and walk it off. In May 2024 I did a 6 day 1850 mile repositioning/bucket list ride, and survived it. I may even ride the Spyder in my sig line from AZ to WA in the Spring of next year, if I buy the 2019 I am looking at.

Can anyone identify this? Found on top of Piston #1 on a 2015 RT 1330

That was a neat concept, for the Goldwing. I followed it when it was first introduced. However, like you have learned it requires a strong support company to make it viable in the long run.

Need Help with an alert - what does this mean?

Actually removing tupperware is more intuitive than posting pictures since the recent new hosting of the forum. :ROFLMAO: It's right up there with a newbe trying to make a Spyder steer straight out on the highway!

Can anyone identify this? Found on top of Piston #1 on a 2015 RT 1330

Is that #1 plug on the right? Looks like it was not firing correctly or way to much fuel. Thin tube on vacuum and see if you can suck the stuff off the piston. Clean canister on vacuum so you can inspect stuff that might come out.

Having trouble wiring a Garmin XT, so should I just run it on its battery? If I do, will it still show traffic?

Doesn't the 2014 have the same switched GPS power cable located behind the fuel tank?? Both my 2018 have/had it. Remove the right side tupperware back to the side case to access the GPS power. Both of mine had a dumbing plug in the connector. I just got rid of the plug and connected directly to...
