• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Should I get a 2014 now, or wait and get a newer model? Any 'gotta have' features?

I like the full digital display that came out in 2018, verses the earlier dash. I had two 2018's, however I sold one of them this summer while Washington. I am on the hunt now for a Asphalt Grey 2019 RTL Chrome, as I think those are the best looking wheels Can Am ever put on a Spyder. The 2018...

Spyder - Trader Joe's - A case of Two buck chuck will fit!

I have a friend who was a wholesale wine rep. She would hold brown bag wine tasting events for the ladies. Two Buck Chuck was considered the best many times, to all the ladies surprize.

I'm going a different route on my next set of front tires - trying these IOTA EVT (Standard)'s instead!

The tread pattern looks to be fine for the rear tire. It looks similar to Federal's I ran on the front of one of mine for a while. Then I switched to Vredesteins and they were much better.

Does anybody use a GPS Tracking device for monitoring their Spyder's location?

With the DSS smart key, it is pretty hard to drive away a Spyder. It is costly to replace a DSS and make new key(s). Has anyone here ever had a Spyder stolen????

Does anybody use a GPS Tracking device for monitoring their Spyder's location?

I am not sure a person would want a stolen Spyder back. The damage done to many stolen vehicles is not good.

Anyone running PPA wheels with aftermarket car tires?

Vredestein tires seem to run fine without balancing.

Got the Spyder out of summer storage after 5 months!

Took another early morning ride in the tweetsies. Fueled up at Circle K in Gold Canyon and reset the clock to 6:37, then rode to Tortilla Flats and back 41 miles arriving home at 7:47. Lots of 15 and 20 MPH painted on the corners on this road. This is a very popular bike ride in the East...

I guess I'm just not a Twisties guy!

I had a 1978 KZ650SR in the late 70's early 80's, little brother to the KZ900. My cousin had a KZ900, and he could do a wheelie in any gear. Two pictures on the left were on the Kingston Washington ferry dock.
