• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Is it possible to change the indicator lighting on the instrument panel?

2011 RT-L ... Is it possible to change the indicator lighting of the instrument panel? I would like to put in LEDs for better lighting.
I can barely see any indicator lights.
Do I need to remove instrument cluster and disassemble it?
Are the lights incandescent, socket, or are they already SMD LEDs?
Any information is appreciated.

I doubt they would be socketed, and are probably something hardwired to a printed circuit board.

I found a company online that advertises "cluster repairs" for 2011-2016 CAN-AM Spyders.
You might reach out to them to see what they think about upgrading the lighting.

Thank you for that info.
I have the electronics repair ability, though I haven't repaired these instrument panels (yet). I was just wanting to get a heads up on this subject.

Yes, I will contact them.
