That's interesting. I would say the shift points are a little high for casual riding.

I wonder if it adapts the shift points from the rate at which you open the throttle which is somewhat analogous to how my Range Rover works. It actually does it so, so seamlessly that I don’t even notice it happening unless I happen to really look for it. It would be interesting to see what their algorithms are.

I wonder how installing such a system would effect the vehicle warranty?

IMO the shift points are too high in the rpms for me. I like to shift mine at 3,000 rpms, maybe a tad more. But I give him kudos for thinking it up.

I'll be curious what years are covered. Hopefully, 2014 on up. Overall, semi-automatic shifting isn't that difficult but I know for those that have wrist, finger, or other joint issues this would be a big plus for them.
