• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    I second the GPCycleworks. Great people to deal with. Call to see if they have any demo shields. I stopped in to their shop and scored a tinted shield for $100.

    Any Suggestions for new Riding Footwear?

    I like anything "Goretex" boots. I have found that 8" tall boots work well. The 6" boots often allow water to get to you as most rain suits don't cover enough that low down. My favorite as of now, Dainese waterproof with "Goretex".

    Stopped in at BAJARON's and had Daniel install JRI shocks on the front. I was only able to put 10 miles on. But I noticed a change when turning right away. Also picked up a full waterproof cover.

    Ultimate Seats, they don't require you to send them your seat. If you live close to Daytona Beach, FL, You can test ride one. Russell Day Long, Seth Lamm, require you to send them your seat. You can also try a local upholstery shop.

    Make your own rally! One from our group just did that. Seven Spyders, one GW rider, 15 in all. Toured the mountains of Western VA. Awesome. Now in Greeneville TN, waiting for BAJARON to open his door on Monday. We all get together at rally's, all over. Will be in OK in October, then Hot Springs...

    We made friends while there. We are a group of 7 riders that met by chance in South Dakota. Wives and girlfriends that stay in touch and plan trips. We all meet up at rallies, and patronize the local indies that take care of our rides. Headed to TN., W.VA., OK., AR., FL.. this year.
