• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Holding Their Resale Value Better: F3 Limited or RT Limited?

Sketchy at best..... So much depends on dealer pricing as unsold models need to be moved. Then you have the manufacturer playing with the prices as well. Checking the resale prices with places like Kelly Blue Book and NADA as well as local dealers from time to time might get you a picture. Will...

    Ryker Numbers

Tough one.... Seems as the ryding season is coming to a close and sales will drop some it would be a good time to let slip if they met or exceeded expectations...but we did not see much in the past except when they reached the mile stone celebation of total spyders sold. Seems it would be a...

    Parade decorations on my Spyder

Lets see.... :agree: Keep all air flow passages clear when decorating. The newer models have reverse fan switches so when slow or stopped they blow the air out of the engine compartment but still watch heat. First Service at 600 miles?

As most of those recommondations are mostly based on the oil and filtration and not on materials and assembly you could choose to drain out factory oil and add a better oil. You can request your choice of oil at set up and follow their recommendations. Many dealers have a preference, if not...

    Lamonster 1330 oil brand?

Ahhh yes...!! The oil question..... as we know all liquids used in these machines are treated with a variety of additive each to make it better than someone elses more that for the better treatment of the engine.... The comparisons are just as tricky to navigate as they can be adjusted to suit...

    Damaged rear fender

2011 RS SE5 not want to go into reverse or downshift

Try This.... Check the sifting arm attactched to the shift shaft exiting the lower left of the engine. That arm has been seen to come loose and then the spyder will start having issues shifting and eventually will not shift at all . There is a pinch bolt that hold it on the shaft which you can...

    2009 brake line replacement

From the new info I would agree with checking the reservoir caps as they need to be installed with the vent to the rear of the spyder. I think they also have updated caps but mine leaked and ran a similar route.
