• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Is there a Key Blank available for 2014+ Spyders?

I had one made up at Ace Hardware. I needed it when I sold my 2014 RTL so that I could still unlock my RT-622 trailer.

I cannot get the T25 screw on top RH of the Windscreen bracket to loosen - any suggestions?

Since it's on the windshield and you do not state that it is stripped and I wouldn't want to melt or crack the windshield, I would try penetrating oil to lube the screw, wait a few minutes and give it a try. If that doesn't work, I would apply more oil and using a vise grip on the handle of...

My '21 S2S rattles quite badly for a few seconds after ~5 months layup start - any way to spin the motor without starting?

None of the RT's I've owned did this, maybe other models do. With the kill switch on, nothing happened.

One year on the oil & filters, but only 900 miles - is it OK to change just the oil?

I would check your operators manual for the recommended oil/filter change and follow it. The BRP recommended oil and filter change is once every 9,300 miles or once a year. I always change the filter with an oil change no matter the mileage.

What can I do to get a straight shot at the Rear Tire valve Stem?

I was thinking about my post last night and realized that you can't simply flip the tire so the valve is on the right. I was thinking how rotating tires on a car flips the valve from right to left and the light bulb went off. Can't do it on a rear motorcycle tire. Mea Culpa!

What can I do to get a straight shot at the Rear Tire valve Stem?

I don't agree that the valve stem was engineered on the wrong side. I believe that all rims have the valve stem in the same position. For the valve stem to be on the right (muffler) side, remove the (directional) tire and reinstall it with the valve on the right side of the rim. If it's a...
