• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    VSS issue. Help!

:agree: on the computer reset. The need to remove the key is highly questionable. But walking 50 feet away with the key? That defies logic. Pam

    Another Excellent Service Review

As reported in a previous thread (http://www.spyderlovers.com/forums/showthread.php?97159-I-m-now-in-the-club), a week ago I discovered that there was a leak in my airbag, and the compressor had burned itself out trying to inflate it. I called RideNow in Chandler, AZ to see when I could get in...

I just ordered one from SpyderPops. I don't ever listen to my radio (Not sure if it even works), but I just like the looks of this one better. Thanks for the heads-up Joe. Pam

Idler Wheel Kit / Belt Tensioner Accessory for F3

It's good to see that BRP is stepping up and solving a problem that has manifested itself with the F3. However, I think since its a manufacturing flaw, it should be provided at no cost to the owners, but who am I to say? Fortunately, I have an RT, therefore have not had to endure that...

    Some people are just sad..

I'm sorry to hear this. I'd like to think that it wasn't the bikers that did it, as I have always held that we are an honorable breed who respect one another regardless of what we ride. However, there are bad grapes in every bunch. Karma's a Bitch! Pam

Tested a new Spyder today ....

Steering the Spyder takes some getting used to when you're used to counter-steering. It comes along fairly quickly though. I had a 140 mile ride through twisties to get home from the dealer, and by the time I was halfway home, I had it down pat. Pam

    I'm now in the club...

I ride all year long, but in the heat of the summer only very short rides, and mostly in the early morning or evening. Our prime riding season is from mid October through June. July, August, and September are the hottest months. Pam

    I'm now in the club...

After 22,000 + problem free miles on my 2015 RT, I finally had a failure. My air ride suspension bag apparently had sprung a leak, and while I was unaware of the problem, my compressor burned itself out trying to pump it back up. My Spyder is now in the shop awaiting the parts needed to fix...

    BUDS ????

I'm fairly certain you can purchase it without owning a dealership. Joe and Ann at Squared away have a license and use it when they do their laser alignments. My understanding is that it's very pricey and needs to be renewed every year. Pam

RAIN GEAR (Best brand & Best Price)

Yeah, the Frog Toggs feel like they're made out of paper towels, but they do an incredible job of shedding rain. The advantage is that they are lightweight and don't take up much of your precious cargo space. There are many choices. The ultimate decision is up to you. Pam

RAIN GEAR (Best brand & Best Price)

He doesn't have a website, but most of his products are listed here. http://www.spyderlovers.com/forums/showthread.php?23928-New-sponsor-here-for-Filters-amp-Helmets I've purchased a lot of stuff from him, but have never seen any rain gear on his list of products. Pam
