• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Crampbuster or Throttle Rocker

I went through 3 Crampbusters in about 4 years, the plastic loop that goes around the grip would stretch and slip. I picked up a Throttle Rocker 4 years ago, it fastens on with a velcro strip. It hasn't slipped yet. john

Does anyone know what happened to Magic Man (original site sponsor)?

Magic Man had a lot of really great lighting and other things for Spyders in 08 and 09. If I remember, he sold that to ESI, and moved on to other things. john

    Headlight ?

It could be that the rear suspension is set at the point that as you go over bumps, the headlight beams move enough to make it look like you are flashing your brights. A little more pressure in the air bag would help. john

When I got my 12, a really good tank gave me 29 mpg, and it pretty much stayed that way until this spring. When it was in for service, the tech reflashed the ecu, and along with some other things it wouldn't do before, it's averaging around 31 mpg now! john

NEED SOME INPUT CONCERNING HITCH INSTALL ON RS

If the bags are more than 2 inches from the hex nuts that hold the rear axle on, it shouldn't be a problem. Not sure if the wiring harness will work on an RT, I wired my GS with a Hopkins 5 to 4 powered converter, and never had any problem with it. john
