• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Well I can testify that this week and next week look brutal. Its been 97 with heat index of 110-115 so far this week and they are predicting the same next week with a few days of around 100.

    Thats a new one for me. There is a recall on the front sprocket on RT's and F3's but haven't heard anything about a gearbox issue.:dontknow::dontknow::dontknow:

    Did you have a battery tender hooked up to the battery? If not then its probably a dead battery. Either try jumping the Spyder off with another vehicle, but don't have the jumper vehicle running or charge the battery up using a battery charger till it is fully charged.

    Your fog lights should have a push button switch mounted where you can turn them on or off. I know on my 2017 F3 Limited I do. Thats how I found out that the fog lights were causing the static on the radio by turning them on & off. When I turned the fog lights on the static was there.

    Spyderpops a sponser here sells a passenger extender that moves the passenger seat back a few inches. Maybe that would help.

    What did you do to your Spyder today?

    Finally got around to changing the oil & filter on my 2017 F3 Limited. Been using Amsoil in my bikes but this time I went with the K&N filter. Only a couple dollars more. Did the oil & filter change myself and saved a couple hundred dollars.. Now she's ready for the riding season.
