• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    2008 SE5 Shifting Question

Not quite right.................. You do NOT need to press the mode button. Push down the "R" button, hold it while you flip the paddle to downshift to Reverse. If you're in Neutral to begin with, you only need to hit the paddle to downshift. If you are going from "First" to "Reverse", you...

    Question about throttle

Stay on the throttle......................... Coming off 2 wheels, you have been trained to let off the throttle for shifts. BRP has built this into the SE5 (SE6 in your case). It's what we refer to as the "blipper". The computer makes this throttle change for you so you can continue to keep...

What do you guys think about this trike?

Cuznjohn............... You're thinking of the GG Taurus and that's not it. The GG is here in the states and we had one running at SF 2014. Now, the one in the picture is a different animal (and no I'm not talking about the "rider", but she does make it attractive).

    Help Removing Gloryder insert.

Ream the wheel hub a little............ When Lamont checked my RT-S for alignment, I had removed the GloRyders but told him one of them was so tight that I had to remove the wheel and tap out from the back. He took his trusty Dremel tool and reamed the hub hole a little larger until my...

Which to buy rt or rts? Do

My vote is for............ the RT-S. It has those nice conveniences you don't get on the RT basic but really use. The LTD is a little over the top for me. GPS, have it on my phone. Luggage, convenient but not necessary. Extra sparkle, not necessary for me. JMHO

    I could use some advice

Bob.......... thanks for the "heads up". Knew about the issue of cracks occurring on some RT's but didn't know a potential solution was to keep it off the bottom. Many thanks, see you next week at SF!!!!!

    I could use some advice

This may sound stupid but....................... make sure you have the windshield up as far as it goes. Since I had an RS previously, this is somewhat new to me to be able to raise, lower and adjust the windshield. Just sayin................

    Is the Spyder slow?

Dave, I had an '08 GS/RS SE5 and now have an '11 RT-S. I will say the RS was very quick off the line and you did have to hang on to the bars. The RT-S isn't that way but I've found a way to make it as quick as I desire. Reach around the right grip further than normal and when you take off...
