• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    MAGIC MIRRORS

Hey Bob, I just spent last Monday and Tuesday at his place installing my Triaxis bars, moving my GPS, and some other things. His teathers work really well. David

    Something new today while riding..

Yep I've met the Nanny, but never thought it was uncomfortable, just a gentle prod saying, "take it easy". But, one Saturday afternoon, turning right while leaving a stop sign, my right front lifted off the ground so gently I didn't know it until my wife asked me what I was doing. Nanny never...

    Smooth Spyder Belt Tensioner F3-Ltd.

I have an RT Limited, and had a SmoothSpyder tensioner on for almost a year, it worked well, but did not get rid of all the vibrations. I find that Doc Humphreys tensioner works much better and got rid of vibrations I didn't realize were there.

    dash gauge hole covers

If you disconnect the two gauges that are mount on either side of the dash, digital ones will show up on either side of center display. The digital ones are more accurate, and for me, easier to see. I will probably put a digital voltmeter on the right side, and a blank off plate or clock on...

HOW TO - WATERPROOF YOUR GLOVES -- FOR FREE

Do you really think the rubber gloves ( or surgical gloves) they are talking about will give any long lasting protection? David

HOW TO - WATERPROOF YOUR GLOVES -- FOR FREE

Those too are my gloves. I didn't post them as there are cheaper one in the link I posted. I didn't mean to hurt Mike's sensitivities, it's hard to figure out what he wants when he posts things.

HOW TO - WATERPROOF YOUR GLOVES -- FOR FREE

If that was the case. He should have stated it at the beginning. IF he really didn't want anyone else's opinion, he could have just left us alone. If you want good gear, it will cost you. If you don't want to spend the money, or don't have the money, ha ha, then you make do.

HOW TO - WATERPROOF YOUR GLOVES -- FOR FREE

Wouldn't it just be cheaper to not wear gloves? That way you wouldn't have to worry about a little rain.

HOW TO - WATERPROOF YOUR GLOVES -- FOR FREE

There is on the market a pair of nylon waterproof (and windproof ) gloves that have a thumb and two fingers that you wear over your gloves in the rain, or cold, that seem like they last forever. Mine are now 20 years old and work as well now than they did when new. They sound kind of freaky...

    Mud Flap

When we first started riding, my wife complained that she was getting dirty while riding. After looking around to see what we could do, I wound up buying a mud flap for a pick up truck from Pep Boys auto supply. It is the Big Mudder Extreme, Road Sport #3102 and is 17.5 inches long and 10...

    "Death Grip"?

First off, as important as a good alignment is, I don't think it will help what KLo5591 is describing, and will stick with my first suggestion of a heavier sway bar. But, since this thread has talked about the "death grip" which will cause the problems. The quickest thing that can be done is...

    "Death Grip"?

I would suggest investing in a BajaRon swaybar, it will give you a more stable trike less prone to diving in the middle of a turn and not moved around as much by a side wind or passing truck. David
